Webull L2 Options Trading Bot

I need a fully-scripted Level 2 options trading bot that plugs directly into the Webull API. My priority is clean, reliable trade execution: the system must read Level 2 data for selected option contracts, place orders automatically, then manage them until filled, cancelled or modified according to my rules.

I’m flexible on the tech stack—Python, JavaScript, C#, or anything else is fine provided you can authenticate, stream data and send instructions through Webull without work-arounds that break after an update.

Core requirements
• Order placement & lifecycle management (entry, adjustment, cancel)
• Instant push or email/SMS alerts confirming every action the bot takes

Nice to have (not mandatory)
• Your own wrapper or helper utilities that make future strategy tweaks simple

Acceptance criteria
1. End-to-end demo on a Webull paper account proving the bot can detect a trigger and execute an order.
2. Readable, commented source code plus a brief setup guide so I can run it on my own machine or VPS.
3. A short hand-off call to walk through the logic and answer questions.
