Web-based dashboard: Program to find online articles, modify, post to WP

I am looking for a web-based dashboard that will help me create content. The dashboard should allow me to find online articles, modify them and post them on my WordPress website.
Skills and experience needed:
- Strong proficiency in web development and programming, web scraping
- Expertise in WordPress
- API integration experience
- Knowledge of tools and platforms for finding, modifying and posting articles
- Ability to create a customized dashboard with moderate level of customization
- Familiarity with SEO tools and social media platforms would be a plus
