Unified Stack Auto-Deployment
Budget: $3,000 – $3,001 USD
I need every moving part of my charity-focused product to light up with a single paste and the command
npx lyfsneeds-init --env .env --legal --charity --demo
To make that happen, the codebase needs four things tightened up:
1. Secrets flow cleanly into Vercel, Expo and n8n without me touching a dashboard—read from .env or their native secret stores.
2. n8n workflows handle onboarding, Stripe webhooks, donation tracking and auto-posting; they must run end-to-end with zero human intervention, surfacing revenue, recognition and resilience metrics automatically.
3. An AI layer (starting with revenue-forecasting) plugs into those workflows so forecasts, sponsor reels, thank-you blurbs and impact reports generate on demand.
4. Production resilience is baked in: error alerts to my inbox, automatic retries, daily backups, plus Plausible fallbacks if analytics go dark.
Once those are wired, wrap the repo with LICENSE and NOTICE files, watermark builds with my founder tag, and prove the whole thing deploys via the single npx command.
Acceptance is straightforward: run the command on a fresh repo, watch Vercel, Expo, n8n, Meilisearch and Stripe come online with working secrets, live workflows and the legal artefacts in place. No manual steps, no uncaught errors.
