URL Indexing Checker Script

I need a script that checks Google indexing for URLs from a given TXT file. The script should handle large TXT files efficiently.

Requirements:
- Check if each URL is indexed by Google
- Output two separate TXT files:
- Indexed URLs
- Not-indexed URLs
- Standard plain text format

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Experience with Google Search API or similar
- Ability to handle large files and optimize performance
