Twitter & LinkedIn Profile Scraper

I need a developer who can build a script or tool that will scrape Twitter/X users based on search filters such as:

#Java since:2025-11-01 until:2025-11-23


After listing users from search results, the tool must open each user’s profile and check for external links such as:

GitHub

Blog / Personal Website

Linktree / Bio links

Portfolio pages

LinkedIn Profile (if available)

From those external links, the tool must then extract the user’s email automatically if present.

The tool should also support:

Scraping LinkedIn user emails based on search criteria (optional automated search or manual import list)

Output Requirements

Export list to CSV / Excel with:

Name

Username / Profile link

Email found

Source of email (GitHub / Blog / LinkedIn / etc.)

Location (if available)

Follower count (optional)

Skills Required

✔ Experience with Twitter/X scraping (official API or non-API methods)
✔ Python / Node.js / Puppeteer / Selenium / BeautifulSoup
✔ LinkedIn scraping tools / SalesNav scraping / PhantomBuster style tools
✔ Experience bypassing rate limits / captcha handling preferred
