Triangular Forex Arbitrage Deployment

I already have a triangular arbitrage algorithm (Forex + CFD) capable of executing its cycles in 1 to 5 ms. This code runs in a test environment and produces the expected results; the next step is to deploy it in real life. My primary need: someone who can connect directly with a reliable, reputable broker willing to accept a European resident with leverage between 1:100 and 1:1000.

Vantage seems to be an option, but I would like to confirm (or replace) this choice and secure low-latency API access suitable for high-frequency trading.

Specifically, I expect you to provide:
• A documented shortlist of brokers meeting the criteria (arbitrage authorisation, Forex & CFD, 100-1000 leverage, solid reputation, EU accounts).
• Technical contact with the teams of the selected broker(s) to obtain API/FIX/WebSocket information, rate limits, fees, trading rules, etc.
• Account opening, key/API configuration and validation of a network round trip of less than or equal to 5 ms from a VPS or server that I will provide.
• A clear deployment plan (code connection checklist, monitoring, contingencies) so that I can switch from demo mode to live mode without interruption.

I will manage the code optimisation myself; your added value will therefore focus on the broker relationship, compliance and technical implementation.
