Tray.io Middleware Data Sync Automation

Seeking a Tray.io specialist to update and maintain workflows, keeping data perfectly synchronized across our business systems via Netsuite and Salesforce. The immediate priority is to design and build Tray.io workflows that eliminate the manual hand-offs now causing delays and mismatched records.

Primary objective: improve data synchronization based on new SF deployment to Netsuite. Troubleshoot any api connectivity issues.

You will focus on the core Tray.io workflow automation and the updates to take place replacing SF objects with new objects.

Deliverables
• A production-ready Tray.io workflow (or set of workflows) acting as automation middleware.
• Structured error handling, retry logic, and detailed logging.
• A concise implementation guide so an internal admin can adjust endpoints or field mappings without touching the core logic.

Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end data transfer completes within the target SLA we agree on.
• No orphan or duplicate records appear after bulk and real-time runs.
• All steps are fully documented and reproducible in our Tray.io account.
