Titan Email Module WISECP Clone

I need the full Titan Email module currently sold for WHMCS (see: https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/7528-titan-email) cloned so it installs and runs natively inside WISECP.

The clone must keep every core capability of the original: user management controls, built-in billing integration, and completely automated provisioning of Titan accounts. On top of that I also want direct API integration exposed so I can trigger key actions from external scripts without touching the WISECP admin panel.

Visually and ergonomically I am happy with the WHMCS version, so please replicate the same screens and workflow as closely as WISECP’s framework allows—no need to invent a new layout as long as it feels consistent with WISECP navigation.

Deliverables I expect:
• A WISECP module package ready to install via the admin panel
• Clean, well-commented PHP source following WISECP module conventions
• A short README covering installation, required API keys, and test steps
• Confirmation that user creation, billing, suspensions, upgrades, and cancellations flow end-to-end in my staging environment
