Timed Facebook Group Reposter

I need a small, reliable web-based tool that can take any Facebook post I specify and automatically repost it to selected Facebook groups at regular, user-defined intervals. The key functions I care about are:

• Browser-accessible (hosted or self-hosted) so I can run it from any operating system without local installs.
• A timer/cron-style scheduler where I enter the interval—minutes, hours, or days—and the system handles the repeats until I stop it.
• The ability to load a list of groups (URLs or IDs) and have the same content pushed to all of them in one cycle.

I am not particular about the look and feel; a simple GUI, command line panel, or even a minimalist dashboard is fine as long as it’s intuitive. Future enhancements such as broader content scheduling or basic analytics would be nice to keep in mind, but the first milestone is working, repeatable reposts across multiple groups.
