TikTok Shop - Avasam Integration Specialist

We’re looking for someone to streamline the connection between our TikTok Shop and Avasam supplier catalogue, with a strong focus on Home & Garden products.
The goal is to create an efficient workflow where trending and high-potential products from Avasam are professionally listed on TikTok Shop while keeping inventory, pricing, and product variations accurate at all times.
Your responsibilities will include selecting suitable products from the Avasam catalogue, preparing engaging TikTok-style product listings, and ensuring all listings align with our brand tone and TikTok Shop SEO best practices. This includes optimising titles, descriptions, visuals, and hashtags to improve visibility and conversions.
Each product must remain linked to Avasam so stock updates sync automatically through the most reliable setup possible — API integration, product feed, or scheduled CSV sync.
Project Deliverables:
- Create and publish 20 fully optimised Home & Garden product listings on TikTok Shop
- Configure and test automated inventory synchronisation between Avasam and TikTok Shop
- Ensure all listings are approved by TikTok Shop with correct pricing, shipping, and product - variations
- Provide a simple step-by-step handover guide for scaling the workflow with additional products
If the initial setup performs well, there will be an opportunity for ongoing collaboration involving larger catalogue expansion, optimisation, and analytics support.
