Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Business API specialist to help us successfully set up and configure our TikTok Business Messaging API access.

Our primary objective is to use the TikTok Business API to support an AI-powered debt consultation assistant for UK residents seeking guidance and support.

Important: We do not need help building the AI assistant or managing messaging workflows.
We strictly require assistance with the API application, setup, and approval process.

Scope of Work:

Review our TikTok Business account setup

Prepare and compile a strong TikTok Business Messaging API application

Ensure all required documentation, use-case explanations, and compliance elements are correctly structured

Submit and manage the application process

Handle any revision requests from TikTok during review

Successfully obtain API access approval

Guide us through the final technical connection and verification

Requirements:

Proven experience successfully setting up and getting approval for TikTok Business API / TikTok Messaging API

Clear understanding of TikTok’s platform policies and approval criteria

Experience with TikTok Business Center and developer portal

Ability to show previous successful case studies or references
