I need a small, always-on tool that watches a specific betting site and tells me the moment a brand-new market for the specific market appears. In practice, I care far less about shifting odds or traded volume; what matters is catching the first listing of specific markets.

Here’s what I have in mind: a lightweight Python (or similar) script that polls the sites or their public APIs on a tight schedule, compares the current market list against a cached copy, and fires an alert as soon as something fresh shows up. The alert can be as simple as a JSON payload sent a Telegram message.
