Telegram Scraper & Bulk Adder

I’m looking for a simple, no-frills tool that lets me do two things: first, scrape usernames from any public Telegram group or channel; second, bulk-add those scraped usernames (or any list I provide in CSV/TXT) into my own Telegram group.

• Functionality: scrape usernames only, then bulk add those users from a list I select.
• Workflow: I enter the target group link, the script gathers usernames, exports them to a file, and later reads that file to add members to my group.
• Tech: Python with Telethon, Pyrogram, or any reliable Telegram API wrapper is fine, as long as I receive the full source code and setup instructions.
• Limits: respect Telegram’s rate limits—pause, delay, or rotate accounts if needed so the process stays within safe boundaries.

2. Source code and a quick README showing how to plug in my API ID/Hash and run the tool.
