I run my entire sales pipeline through Tekion and I’m ready to put the most repetitive, time-sensitive touches on autopilot. Here’s what I need built:
• A bot that can fire off mass emails and texts straight from Tekion, pulling lead segments I define and respecting all opt-out rules.
• Real-time handling of incoming replies—whether email or SMS—so prospects get courteous, context-aware responses without waiting on me.
• Smart alerts pushed to me the moment a lead is “hot,” needs a custom walk-around video, or requests firm out-the-door numbers.
• Automatic calculation of those out-the-door figures (vehicle price plus doc fee, tax, tag, title) so the prospect sees transparent pricing and I can approve it with one tap.
