Technician and Stock Tracker

I need a single, cohesive Berkel tracker that lets me follow two things at once: where each technician is and what is happening with every item of stock.

For the technicians I must see their real-time location on a map, push out tasks to them, watch those tasks move from assigned through to completed, and keep an activity log that I can export for later audits.

For stock, I want a live view of inventory levels, a clear movement history so I always know who touched what and when, and a way to pinpoint the current location of any item in seconds.

Please propose the platform, database and mapping tools you feel suit this best and outline a realistic timeline. Typical deliverables would include:
• A responsive dashboard showing technician positions and stock KPIs in real time
• Mobile or web interfaces for technicians to receive tasks and update status
• Admin screens for inventory, movement and location queries
• Source code, basic documentation and a short hand-over call
