I need a comprehensive tax collection and management application system. The application should have a user-friendly interface suitable for other potential users like taxpayers, government employees, and accountants. The application should support both web and mobile platforms.
Key Functions:
- Tax calculation: The system should be capable of accurately calculating taxes based on current laws and regulations.
- Tax Capture: The application should allow users to pay their taxes directly through the system.
- Payment processing: The system should facilitate secure and efficient tax payment processing.
- GIS : The system should identify POS location where tax is collected.
- Other systems Integration: The application needs to be able to integrate with other systems such as Revenue Authority, Bank, Business Registry, Mobile Operators.
- Audit features: The system should have audit alert, report suspicious activities i.e. zero actions etc.
- Extendable solution: The system needs to allow various tax channels to be added.
