Build a New Excel Task Management Workbook from Scratch (Dashboard, Calendar, Kanban, Gantt)

Project Description
I need a freelancer to create a new Excel workbook from scratch, based on the functionality and overall structure of an existing workbook that I will provide as a reference.

This is not a simple editing job.
The new file should contain similar features and roughly the same type of information, but it should be built as a completely new workbook with English wording, a clean layout, and a more professional, user-friendly structure.

The workbook should be easy to navigate and visually clean, using neutral and professional colors.

Goal
The user should only need to enter their personal/task information.
All calculations, summaries, task organization, date logic, filtering, and data preparation should happen automatically through Excel formulas/functions.

Required Features
The new workbook should include functionality similar to the reference file, such as:

Setup/configuration sheet
Dashboard / summary page
Monthly calendar
Weekly calendar
One-time / variable tasks sheet
Recurring tasks sheet
Master task schedule
Filter/search view
Decision matrix (importance/urgency logic)
Kanban-style task board
Gantt chart view

Requirements

Build a completely new Excel file from scratch
English wording throughout the workbook
Clean and organized layout
Neutral, professional colors
Easy for the user to understand and use
Automated calculations and logic through formulas/functions
Strong preference for formula-based solutions instead of manual work
No broken formulas, no messy structure

Important
I do not want a lightly edited copy of the original workbook.
I want a new, cleaner, more professional version inspired by the reference file.
