Streamline Google Workspace Setup

My small business already runs on Gmail, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Calendar, yet the mix of consumer versus business accounts and a growing email load (10+ messages a week and climbing) leaves the workflow scattered and privacy settings uncertain. What I need is a clean, well-documented Workspace configuration that respects data-sharing comfort levels while letting every tool work together smoothly.

Here is what success looks like for me:
• A concise audit of the current accounts that spells out where consumer logins can stay and where a business tier would be smarter.
• Step-by-step configuration of Gmail (labels, filters, signature, templates), shared Drive folders, Chat spaces and Calendar sharing so the team can collaborate without chasing links.
• Privacy and security recommendations—two-factor, sharing defaults, third-party app checks—implemented and explained in plain language.
• A short, screen-recorded walkthrough or written quick-start guide I can hand to new staff so adoption is instant.

I’m comfortable with Google Admin Console, OAuth permissions and API scripting if they become relevant, but I’m equally happy with no-code solutions; the end goal is simply a tidy, sustainable Workspace environment that scales as the inbox fills up.
