Social & Cloud Data Extraction

I need both metadata and full text message content pulled from my online accounts. The job covers two areas:

1. Social media: Facebook and Instagram.
2. Cloud storage: the photo repository where my images are backed up.

Once we agree on a secure workflow I will supply the necessary log-in credentials or access tokens. Please rely on official APIs or other compliant methods so that nothing violates platform terms or corrupts the data.

Deliverables
• A complete export of metadata for posts, photos, and direct messages.
• Thread-level exports of every Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct conversation, including timestamps and participant IDs.
• A corresponding dump of cloud-stored photos with original EXIF and file attributes intact.
• A brief validation report (checksums or similar) proving the extraction is loss-free.

Accuracy and chain-of-custody matter; the result should be ready for future legal or archival use. Let me know your proposed timeline, the tools you plan to employ—Graph API, Instagram API, relevant cloud-storage SDKs, or any forensic utilities—and any clarifications you need before we begin.
