1. What We Need — In One Line
Set up Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API on our phone number, get 4 message templates approved, and hand over all working credentials.
2. Exact Deliverables
1 Meta Business Account
Create or configure a verified Meta Business Account in the name of HireLab. We will provide any required business documents.
2 WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
Set up a WhatsApp Business Account linked to the above Meta Business Account.
3 Phone Number Registration
Register our number +91 89501 22628 with the WABA. Complete OTP / voice verification. Number must be fully active and showing as verified.
4 Meta Developer App + Cloud API
Create a Meta Developer App, add WhatsApp product, configure Cloud API (not On-Premise). This is the standard hosted API — no server setup needed on your end.
5 Permanent Access Token
Generate a non-expiring System User Access Token with whatsapp_business_messaging permissions. Temporary tokens are NOT acceptable.
6 4 Message Templates — Approved
Submit the 4 templates provided below (Section 4) to Meta for approval under Utility category. Confirm approved status before handover.
7 Live Test Message
Send one test message via the API (curl or Postman) to our number and share screenshot of 200 OK response as proof.
8 Credentials Handover Document
Provide all credentials listed in Section 5 in a clean document. No missing values.
3. What Is NOT Required
Strictly Out of Scope — Do Not Build Any of These
> No bots, automation scripts, or messaging systems
> No unofficial WhatsApp libraries (whatsapp-web.js, Baileys etc.)
> No BSP platform (AiSensy, Interakt, Wati etc.) — Direct Meta Cloud API only
> No dashboards, Excel integrations, or backend systems
> No recurring subscriptions or paid third-party services without our approval
4. Message Templates to Submit to Meta
Submit all 4 templates below to Meta for approval under Utility category. Do not change any wording. Variables are shown as {{1}}, {{2}} etc.
