Set Up Tookan & Jugnoo

This project involves configuring Tookan and Jugnoo from the ground up for a brand-new operation—there is no legacy system to integrate or migrate.

Tookan will be used primarily for appointment scheduling, so I need the dashboard, agent app, and customer-facing booking flow configured to handle time-slot selection, automated reminders (SMS / email), real-time tracking, and basic reporting. Any default delivery or field-workforce modules can stay disabled unless they help the scheduling workflow.

Jugnoo will also be activated and tailored to complement the Tookan setup. I need the core modules enabled, branding applied, and any necessary APIs or webhooks wired so both platforms communicate smoothly once live.

• Fully configured Tookan account focused on appointment scheduling, tested end-to-end
• Jugnoo instance set up with matching branding and essential settings enabled
• Step-by-step hand-over document covering dashboard navigation, adding agents, editing time slots, and basic troubleshooting

The goal is a clean, ready-to-use environment that my team can start operating immediately after hand-over.
