Secure Meta API Permissions

I need an expert who has already navigated Meta’s App Review process to step in and secure approval for a set of advanced Facebook and Instagram permissions on our live customer-support platform. The app is fully built and in production; what’s blocking us from scaling is the lack of access to the required scopes.

My core objective is to power real-time customer support across both Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, so every permission below must clear review:

– Auditing the current implementation against Meta Platform policies, especially privacy, data storage, and disclosure requirements.
– Preparing or refining the App Review submission, including detailed screencasts, step-by-step testing notes, and any supporting privacy documentation.
– Handling communication with Meta reviewers, providing concise clarifications until every permission above is approved.
– Delivering a short hand-off document so my in-house team can maintain compliance after approval.

Acceptance criteria: the app appears in Meta’s dashboard with all listed scopes in “Approved” state and no outstanding policy violations.
