Script to call API, save JSON to CSV

Project Overview
We are a book distributor here in Melbourne. We work with 3 big publishers and their book data, including print status, availability, quantity etc. is on a central portal called Titlepage.com
This data can be reached by API (Titlepage provide us with access / supply key) and on a weekly basis, for about 750 records, we'd like to be able to retrieve 6 fields of data, have these converted to CSV/XLSX and either saved to a local folder on the server or is emailed to a designated mailbox.
From our in-house server schedule a script to send an API call to Titlepage.com - we can supply key (API guide - https://publishers.asn.au/common/Uploaded%20files/APA%20Resources/TitlePage%20Guides/Guides%20-%20TitlePage%20Web%20Services%20API%20documentation.pdf
List of records to call against will be maintained in a dynamic list in a Zoho Analytics report - report location to be provided.
Include method for logging failed/successful runs.
In addition to the specified fields, include a column recording the date the download occurred on.
Fields, sample data and output format to be supplied.

Preferably developer can demonstrate the system working successfully before transferring to and testing on our server.
