Salesmate CRM Set Up for Real Estate Agency Salesteam

I am looking for a freelancer who can set up Salesmate CRM for my real estate agency sales team. We are a specialist agency that is a team set up across multiple cities. Our sales agents act as buyers agents, the inbound leads are buyers enqruiring on certain properties.

We need a CRM set up that allows the sales agents to call, qualify and then maintain follow ups/viewings with these leads until they contract on a property.

Specific features needed:
- Lead management to efficiently track and manage leads
- Lead routing based on parameters of properties ie City
- Contact management to keep all client information organized
- Pipeline management to monitor the sales process and track progress

Custom features and integrations:
- I require integrations with other software to streamline our workflow and improve efficiency.
- VaultRE CRM - this is our listing management CRM with property information a contract detials
- Zapier to integrate
- Leads from email parsing from portals, META Lead forms, Jotform
- Webex Call integration

Number of users:
- The CRM will be used by 1-5 team members.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in setting up Salesmate CRM for real estate agencies
- Strong understanding of lead management and pipeline management
- Familiarity with integrating CRM with other software
- API connections
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
