We are looking for an experienced developer to create an AI-powered sales and customer service automation system. This system is for a company in Cartagena and will initially focus on WhatsApp integration.
The system must fulfill the following key functionalities:
Automated customer service via WhatsApp as the primary channel;
ability to efficiently answer frequently asked questions;
generation of personalized product quotes;
automatic lead classification (cold, warm, hot) to optimize follow-up;
closing sales outside of business hours;
registration and updating of customer information in Bitrix24 (CRM);
automated customer follow-up management;
and sending organized information to the design team for product customization.
The current technology stack, while flexible, includes:
n8n for automation orchestration;
OpenAI (GPT-4o) for AI capabilities;
PostgreSQL as the database;
ManyChat/WhatsApp API for communication;
and Bitrix24 as the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
We are looking for a professional with the following profile:
Demonstrable experience in n8n and building complex workflows.
Ability to integrate diverse APIs and systems.
Solid understanding of automation logic and scalable system design.
Capacity to propose technical improvements and innovative solutions.
Important project considerations:
The work will be carried out in phases, starting with the implementation of WhatsApp functionality.
There is the possibility of a long-term relationship for system maintenance and the development of new modules.
Delivery of basic system documentation is required.
