AI SMS Email List Manager

I need an AI-driven system that automatically pulls phone numbers and email addresses from my web forms, social-media entry points, and a set of existing databases. As each contact arrives the platform must deduplicate, tag the exact capture source, and sort it by source, engagement level, and location.
A clean web dashboard should let me review every record, edit details inline, and approve or discard contacts in bulk. Each contact card needs a clear line showing where it came from.
Whenever an email bounces or an SMS is returned, the address or number has to be suppressed instantly, with all such events rolled into one daily summary report.
You are free to choose the stack—Python, Node.js, or something comparable—but the finished product must plug into Twilio for SMS and a major email API such as SendGrid, Amazon SES, or Mailgun. Well-commented code and a simple deployment guide are required.
