Resolve Sage Intacct/Make.com API Issue
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Sage Intacct + Make.com Expert Needed — Fix API Transaction Visibility Issue
We need help troubleshooting a Sage Intacct integration issue inside an existing Make.com automation.
The Make.com automation is already built. It sends transaction data to Sage Intacct through an HTTP request/XML API call. The API request returns success, and the transaction appears to be accepted by Sage, but the transaction does not appear in the expected Sage Intacct UI/reconciliation workflow for the client to review and reconcile.
We need someone who can identify the root cause and help fix the Sage side of the integration.
Required experience:
* Sage Intacct integrations
* Sage Intacct XML Web Services or REST API
* ERP/accounting system API troubleshooting
* XML API request/response debugging
* Bank feeds, cash management, credit card transactions, or reconciliation workflows
* Make.com HTTP modules, webhooks, or custom API requests
Main goal:
Find out why the transaction is accepted by the API but not visible in the Sage Intacct UI/reconciliation workflow, then recommend or apply the correct fix.
You may need to review:
* Existing Make.com test scenario
* HTTP request module
* XML payload
* Sage API response
* Transaction/account mapping
* Sage object/module being used
* Reconciliation or bank feed workflow behavior
Important requirements:
* Must be able to start immediately
* Must be responsive
* Must be available for real-time communication during U.S. Eastern business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM ET
In your proposal, please answer:
1. Have you worked directly with Sage Intacct API or XML Web Services?
2. Have you worked with Sage Intacct bank feeds, cash management, credit card transactions, or reconciliation workflows?
3. Have you used Make.com HTTP modules or custom API requests?
4. Have you solved an issue where an API write/import succeeded but the transaction did not appear in the expected UI or reconciliation workflow?
5. Can you start immediately and communicate during U.S. Eastern business hours?
