Rentec Direct to Google Sheets Automation

I need an automated integration to retrieve tenant balance amounts from the Rentec Direct API and transfer them into an existing Google Sheets API spreadsheet on demand.

Key Requirements:
- Use my existing API key for Rentec Direct.
- Only tenant balance amounts are needed.
