Real-Time Zoho Learn –SharePoint Sync

Our firm a range of knowledge content in Zoho Learn and need each chosen space (which holds various documents in .pdf and.docx —text content only—to appear automatically in a dedicated SharePoint library. The flow must be one-way (Zoho → SharePoint), triggered in real time whenever I publish or update a page. Once the file lands in SharePoint, visitors should have read-only access; no edits from their side are allowed.

I am open to the most efficient method—Zoho Learn API, Zoho Flow, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or a custom script—as long as it runs reliably in the background and requires minimal maintenance. Tag- or folder-based selection inside Zoho would be ideal so I can decide which manuals are pushed across.

Deliverables
• A working integration that syncs selected Zoho Learn content to the specified SharePoint library the moment they change
• Automated assignment of read-only permissions on every synced item
• A brief deployment guide so my in-house admin can adjust credentials or add new manuals later

I will provide API keys, SharePoint site details, and sample manuals for testing. A quick demo confirming real-time updates completes the project.
