Real-Time Trading Data Copier for Sierra Chart to Tradovate

I'm looking for an expert in API integration to create a real-time copier for trade execution data from Sierra Chart to Tradovate. The data should be forwarded as is, with no need for transformation or processing.
create a copier that can copy my trades live from Sierra Chart to the tradovate trading platform!! in order to duplicate trades on tradovate!! and tradovate will have to respect the SL as well as the different TPs with above all a low latency for an immediate reaction!!
--1--Copy transactions taken on sierra chart to tradovate.
--2--immediate execution, very low latency.
--3--same SL and same 3TP with setting to BE after 1st TP touched, have the same settings as on Sierra Chart.
--4--options include multiple account feature!! that if I want to add several tradovate accounts, they receive the transactions sent by sierra chart!!
