Real-Time Ticketmaster Monitor

I need a custom program that watches chosen Ticketmaster event pages around the clock and pings me the instant anything changes. The alerts must arrive by push notification and should cover the following inventory shifts:

• Newly released standard tickets
• Production holds being dropped
• Price-level changes

I should be able to enter multiple events, set section or price filters, and then let the software run unattended. Whether you build it as a small web service I can host or as a desktop utility I can double-click and leave open is up to you; the key is reliability and minimal manual care.

Under the hood, please handle Ticketmaster’s rate limits gracefully—API calls, smart scraping, proxies, or captcha avoidance are all acceptable as long as they keep the checker fast and stable. When a change is detected, the push alert needs to show the event name, section/row (if available), new price level, and a direct “Buy” link.
