Real Estate Advisor Web Integration

Project Objective
Our goal is to restore a fully functional AI-powered Real Estate Advisor for www.gbre.ch.
The previous advisor was successfully operating on our website and was specifically designed to answer questions related to Swiss real estate, investments, commercial properties, development projects, landlords, tenants and property owners, following the conversation logic and business rules defined in the existing project documentation.
Unfortunately, the original system is no longer operational because the Netlify deployment and associated backend are no longer accessible. Therefore, we are looking for a complete replacement.
The new advisor should provide at least the same functionality as the original version and should follow the structure and conversation flow described in the supplied documentation.

Project Requirements
The successful developer should:
- Rebuild the Real Estate Advisor based on the provided documentation.
- Implement a modern AI-powered chat interface.
- Ensure the advisor can answer all real estate-related questions according to the predefined conversation logic.
- Build a stable and maintainable architecture.
- Make the system easy to update as our knowledge base grows.
- Ensure that future developers can maintain the project without depending on proprietary infrastructure.

Hosting Requirements
An important part of the project is to recommend the most suitable hosting solution.
We would appreciate recommendations regarding:
- Hosting the frontend in Switzerland.
- Hosting the AI backend and API services.
- Security and GDPR/FADP compliance.
- Reliability and scalability.
- Long-term maintenance.
- Estimated operating costs.
We are also interested in understanding whether the advisor should remain a static HTML application with server-side AI functions, or whether another architecture (for example Next.js, Node.js or another modern framework) would provide significant advantages.

Website Integration
The developer should explain how the advisor will be integrated into www.gbre.ch. Ideally, the solution should:
- integrate easily into our existing website,
- require minimal maintenance,
- allow future feature extensions,
- support multilingual conversations (German initially, English as an option),
- and preserve the professional appearance of the GBRE website.

Project Timeline
If possible, we would like the new Real Estate Advisor to be fully operational within the next three weeks. Please include:
your proposed technical architecture,
implementation timeline,
estimated costs,
hosting recommendation,
and any suggestions for improving the previous version.
