QuoteIQ FSM & QuickBooks Setup

I’m rolling out QuoteIQ as our central field-service hub and need a professional who can configure the platform end-to-end, link it to QuickBooks, and make sure our inventory data flows seamlessly across the system.

Scope of work
• Activate and customize the three core modules we rely on most—Scheduling & Dispatching, Work Order Management, and Customer Management—so they match our current business processes.
• Build a scheduling and dispatch board that supports real-time updates, route optimization, and technician tracking. My techs must see changes instantly on mobile.
• Set up work-order workflows with job-status tracking and accurate time-tracking baked in, then test that each stage triggers the right notifications for the office and the crew.
• Connect QuoteIQ to QuickBooks Online so customer records, invoices, and payments sync automatically. No duplicate data entry.
• Configure inventory management inside QuoteIQ (or through an add-on if you recommend one) so parts usage on each job adjusts stock levels in real time.
• Provide a short SOP or screen-recorded walkthrough that shows the team how to use the new features.

Acceptance criteria
1. A live demo where I can create a job, assign a tech, watch the route optimize, and see status and time logged all the way through to an invoice that appears in QuickBooks.
2. Inventory counts adjust accurately after the demo job.
3. All users can log in on desktop and mobile without errors.
4. Your hand-off documentation is clear enough for a new dispatcher to follow.

If you’ve tackled QuoteIQ, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar FSM platforms and have QuickBooks API experience, you’ll move to the front of the line.
