I’m planning a complete shift from scattered spreadsheets to a streamlined, fully-digital workflow that lives inside Monday.com. The core of the project is a small web-based tool (or Monday.com app) that lets my team generate professional quotations and turn approved quotes into purchase orders without re-typing data.

What I need from you
• Quotation templates that support customizable fields, built-in calculations (tax, discounts, totals), and multiple branded designs.
• A simple way to store and recall those templates, attach supporting documents, and push the data straight into Monday.com items and boards.
• A parallel purchase-order module that picks up the approved quote, assigns PO numbers, and tracks delivery status back in Monday.com.
• Suggestions on the tech stack or no-code/low-code options that keep maintenance light while allowing future feature growth.
