Python Supertrend Algo Deployment
Budget: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 INR
I am ready to move my current Supertrend-based option-selling strategy from spreadsheets and manual clicks to a fully automated Python script that talks directly to my Dhan account. My biggest need is hands-on support with the strategy implementation itself—translating my single-indicator rules into clean, production-ready code—and then guiding me all the way through local deployment on my own server.
Here is what I want to achieve:
• Code the Supertrend calculation in Python and turn its signals into market, limit or stop orders for option selling on Dhan via their REST/WebSocket API.
• Include basic position sizing, stop-loss and exit logic so the bot can run unattended.
• Provide a quick back-test or paper-trade mode so I can see the logic firing before we go live.
• Walk me through environment setup, dependency installation and a simple service/cron so the script starts automatically if the machine reboots.
• Hand over well-commented source code plus a short README that lets me reconfigure symbol, timeframe and Supertrend parameters without digging into the core logic.
Acceptance criteria
– The script connects to Dhan, fetches live data, calculates Supertrend correctly and places at least one live/test order while we screen-share.
– No unhandled exceptions after eight continuous hours in production mode.
– All configurable inputs are in a single JSON/YAML or .env file.
