Python Developer for Data Processing & Monday.com Integration

**Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Python developer to build a custom internal tool that processes operational data from Google Sheets and syncs results to Monday.com.

The system will involve:

* Cleaning and structuring manually entered data
* Performing calculations and aggregations
* Updating a Monday.com board with results
* Implementing a flexible, configurable logic layer (rules will be provided privately)
* Supporting a notification/alert mechanism (method to be determined)

**Requirements:**

* Strong Python experience
* Experience with APIs (Google Sheets, Monday.com, or similar)
* Experience handling messy/real-world data
* Ability to build scalable and maintainable scripts
* Good understanding of modular design (logic should be configurable, not hard-coded)

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience with automation tools (Make/Integromat, Zapier, etc.)
* Experience designing flexible rule-based systems

* Working Python script(s)
* Integration with Google Sheets and Monday.com
* Documentation for setup and updates

* This is a real operational tool, so reliability and accuracy are critical
* Potential for ongoing work after initial delivery
