AI-Powered Video Analysis and Feedback Automation

Project: AI Video Feedback Automation – Typeform + Zapier + Twelve Labs

Project description:
I’m building an automation that collects videos uploaded via Typeform, saves them to Google Drive, sets sharing permissions, and sends them to Twelve Labs (API) for analysis using the Marengo 3.0 model.

The final goal is:
• to have the AI “watch” the video
• automatically generate personalized feedback
• send that feedback to the user who uploaded the video and to me (admin)

Tools / Stack required:
• Zapier (webhooks, multi-step automation, data mapping)
• Typeform (video upload form)
• Google Drive (upload & public sharing)
• Twelve Labs API (video upload + model-based analysis)
• (optional) Gmail / Slack / Notion / Telegram for feedback delivery

Workflow:
1. A user uploads a video via Typeform
2. The video is saved to Google Drive (with share link)
3. The video URL is sent to Twelve Labs API
4. Twelve Labs analyzes the content (e.g. basketball skill, action type, quality)
5. The AI generates automatic feedback text
6. The feedback is:
• sent back to the user via email
• shared with me (admin) via preferred method

Looking for someone who:
• Has real experience with API + no-code tools
• Understands Twelve Labs API and Zapier Webhooks
• Can solve issues like auth errors (401/403/404)
• Can handle video file formats, sharing, and conversions
• Bonus if you can fine-tune the quality of AI feedback (prompting, chaining, etc.)
