I have a Fusion Application instance and want to layer Oracle AI Agent Studio on top of it so that key customer-facing actions happen automatically. The flow is straightforward:
• The agent picks up promise dates and status changes from Fusion.
• It updates the relevant “Notes” field in real time.
• If a promise is missed, the agent triggers an email to the customer (and a copy to our team).
Few of theAPI keys are already available; I simply need you to wire them into Oracle AI Agent Studio, configure the logic, and prove the emails send correctly. Final hand-off should include the agent definition, any custom code or functions, and a brief walkthrough so I can maintain it after launc
