Optimize Automated Reselling Workflow in Claude Cowork

**Fix My Claude Cowork E-Commerce Automation (Audit + Repair)**
I have a working-but-flaky automated reselling workflow built in Claude Cowork. It runs end-to-end maybe 60% of the time. I need someone to audit it, identify the bottlenecks, and rebuild the fragile parts.
**What the system does:**
- I AirDrop product photos to my Mac
- Cowork reads a short intake form I fill out with basic product info
- It uploads photos to my multi-channel listing site (eBay, Poshmark, etc.)
- In parallel, it researches comparable sold prices and writes the listing description + item specifics
- It calls the Higgsfield API to generate a lifestyle product image with measurements and a short product video
**The problem:**
Something always slows it down or breaks a step — listing uploads stall, Higgsfield jobs hang, research takes too long, or the workflow dies and I restart from scratch. No retry logic, no parallelism where it matters, no observability.
**What I need:**
1. A paid audit (1–3 hours, fixed fee) — review my current setup over a screenshare, identify the 3–5 things actually causing failures
2. A written recommendation: fix in place vs. rebuild, with a quote for each
3. Execution of whichever path I pick
**Required experience — please don't apply without this:**
- You've shipped at least one Claude Cowork workflow (not just Claude API or Claude Code — Cowork specifically)
- Comfortable with API orchestration, async job polling, and webhook-based retry patterns
