Operations-Fiken Integration Setup

Official Request – Fiken Integration

We are looking for assistance in setting up a simple and efficient integration between our operations platform and Fiken.

Scope:

* When a service is marked as completed in our operations system, customer and order data should automatically be transferred to Fiken through the API.
* An invoice should then be automatically created in Fiken, either as a draft or sent directly to the customer.
* The goal is to eliminate all manual invoice creation and data entry.

Our operations platform already contains all necessary information, including customer details, pricing, addresses, and order information.

It is important to note that we are not looking to build a complete invoicing platform or accounts receivable system. The project is strictly focused on creating a seamless integration between our existing platform and Fiken.

* Relevant experience with Fiken integrations
