Role Overview
Position: Operational Lead (Systems & Integration) - ZOHO, Hub Spot, Google, M365, API
Experience: 2–3 years in professional services or IT operations
Focus: Managing business systems, workflow automation, and cross-platform integration to drive efficiency.
Core Technical Responsibilities
Platform Management: Lead administration and integration for Zoho Suite (CRM, invoicing, billing), Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or native APIs (e.g., converting Google Forms to PDFs).
Digital Infrastructure: Oversee domain hosting, WordPress updates, and website optimization; manage Google Search Console.
Reporting & Insights: Develop management dashboards and operational reports using HubSpot or similar analytics platforms.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Expertise: Proven experience with API integrations and hands-on administration of Zoho, WordPress, and Hubspot.
Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate business needs into technical workflows.
