OBS Scene Upgrade for Live Stream

I need my existing OBS scene for a YouTube Live stream from Putrajaya Lake upgraded with four real-time overlays:

• Time
• Date
• Current weather
• A title that shows the channel name

The clock must appear in a clean analog style, matching the calm outdoor setting of the lake. The channel-name title can sit unobtrusively in another corner. I am flexible on how you source the weather data—as long as it is reliable and updates automatically, feel free to choose the API you know best.

Please deliver:
• A ready-to-import OBS scene collection (or clearly documented filters and browser sources) with all four overlays positioned and styled.
• Any custom graphics or CSS you create.
• A short setup note so I can adjust colours, fonts or positions later.

Once imported, I should be able to click “Start Streaming” and see the live clock tick, the date roll over at midnight, weather refresh regularly and my channel name always on screen.
