Nexmo SMS API Setup & Verification
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a Nexmo (Vonage) account created, configured, and fully verified so I can start sending promotional SMS to U.S. numbers. No platform integration is required right now—please focus only on the account itself and on getting a toll-free number approved for messaging.
The job involves:
• Opening or configuring the Vonage dashboard under my own email.
• Registering and verifying a toll-free number (TFN) for promotional traffic, following the current U.S. A2P compliance rules.
• Generating the API key/secret, testing with Postman or curl, and confirming at least one live SMS reaches a U.S. handset.
• Providing a concise hand-off document (or brief screen-share) so I know where to find the credentials and how to repeat the test request.
Once those steps are complete and I see the test message on my phone, the project is done.
