Need a betting web app with betfair api

Please read carefully.
Don't waste time if you are not able to do this

I need a betting web application which will work with betfair api.
My demo site rhat is my target for build like this is royal111.in

Requirement
1.Work with Betfair api
2.Fast loading speed
3.live sports steaming and live betting
4. Live ods
5. Web application need to work like app

All those features come from betfair api by default so you need add all in my site.

I need 5 panel
1. Admin
2. Sub admin
3. Super agent
4. Master agent
5. User panel
And if need create a super admin

Here all transaction will be manually and all admin will just add point to users and when users request for withdraw all admin can deduct point from users for withdraw
And point can be transfer all users to users
