Need Web Application like Zenmarket.jp using AMAZON.com API, google translater API.

I want someone to create web application like zenmarket.jp, but in different countries domain. Let’s say application will be in China domain. This application will contain all the products available in Amazon.com using Amazon’s API and translates to Chinese using google translator API. When user in China navigates to this application and orders a product, application has to order on Amazon.com and forward to our warehouse.
