Need A Quick Fix To An Error

I need a fix applied to an iCal project where its not getting the URL it says that its invalid, when in fact its not invalid. Also need to add a way to edit/delete as well. This is a simple ONE HOUR project which needs to be completed now. The pay is $20, and provides an opportunity for on going work.
