I Need an Experienced API Developer to Assist me in a Project

We are developing a custom web app where users can visit my website and create survey forms/Feedback forms and then add their domain. After domain adding, an automated JavaScript code to be generated (which will be unique and expiring) which will be pasted in the user's own site code. I already have a Developer who has almost developed the whole survey/feedback forms (in PHP/jQuery), UI, Dashboard, login/signup etc. You just need to develop the Custom API that can create the Unique, expiring (like each JS code will expire in 30 days) for each added domain that can be pasted in the User's own site. Your job is limited to Developing API for the job and integrating it with the exisitng site/code.
I will need help in deploying server(linux server) and need full sourcecode and co pyright of the codes.
