Multi-Company Business Activity Dashboard

I need a single application that lets me track every company I own from one screen. The first release must surface three essentials for each business—current sales, recent purchase totals, and a live balance snapshot—presented in a clean, comparative dashboard.

Data will come from the accounting or ERP platforms we already use, so secure API integration or database syncing is expected. I’m flexible on where the app ultimately lives; phone, tablet, and desktop access are all valuable, so feel free to propose native, web, or a hybrid build as long as performance and security stay strong.

Core scope
• Company selector with colour-coded tiles
• Real-time Sales, Purchases, and Balance overview widgets
• Custom alerts when any metric crosses a set threshold
• Export of aggregated data to CSV or PDF for quick sharing

Nice to have
I’m still deciding on a built-in client management section; outline how you would add that and the effort it would require so I can weigh it against the timeline.

Security
All data must remain encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access for future staff logins.

Deliverables
1. MVP with the three activity modules fully functional
2. Source code in a private repo plus concise setup documentation
3. Deployment instructions and a short recorded demo of the workflow
