Meta Setup for WhatsApp CRM

I need a fresh Meta developer app and a WhatsApp Business account built around the phone number I will supply. Your job is to complete Facebook Business verification (if required), register the number, activate the WhatsApp Business API and hand over every credential I must plug into my CRM.

I only require read-only access to the Meta developer account once everything is active; you can keep administrative control until I confirm the hand-off is successful. Integration work on my CRM is not necessary—just give me the data and prove the number can send a test message.

Deliverables (share securely):
• App ID and App Secret
• Long-lived access token with whatsapp_business_messaging & whatsapp_business_management scopes
• WhatsApp Business Account ID
• Phone Number ID and approved display name evidence
• Webhook verification token (callback left blank)

Acceptance criteria: a sandbox test message from the new number reaches WhatsApp and all IDs/tokens above are delivered intact.
