Mercury-to-Sheet Sales Sync
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I already have a Google Sheet set up to track our results, but entering the figures manually is slowing us down. I want that sheet to update itself, pulling the Sales data that sits inside Mercury Nexus and dropping each record into the right row, sorted chronologically (by date).
Mercury provides both an open API and a Zapier connector; you can use whichever path gets the job done fastest, as long as the data lands exactly where my template expects it. All field names and column positions are locked in, so the import must preserve that structure and time-stamp each entry so the sheet stays ordered automatically.
The key tasks are:
• Connect to the Mercury Nexus Sales endpoint, authenticate, and retrieve the required fields.
• Map those fields to the existing columns in my Google Sheet.
• Ensure new or updated sales are appended (or updated) without duplicating rows.
• Prove the workflow runs on its own—either on a schedule or via webhooks—so no manual triggers are needed.
Everything is ready on my side: API credentials, Zapier account, and the Sheet. I simply need the automation built and tested as soon as possible so our team can stop copy-pasting and start analysing the numbers in real time.
